  • All service requests may require a site visit for accurate quoting.

  • Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept various forms of payment, including cash, cheque, Cash app, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and electronic transfers.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Grass Craft Pro reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure access to your property on scheduled service days

  • Remove any obstacles or hazards from the lawn or work area

  • Keep pets and children away from the service area during and immediately after service

5. Limitations of Liability

Grass Craft Pro is not liable for:

  • Damage to property due to hidden or undisclosed obstacles (e.g., irrigation systems, utility lines)

  • Damage caused by the use of lawn treatments where proper aftercare instructions are not followed

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or interruptions

6. Warranties

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee outcomes affected by external conditions (e.g., weather, soil quality). Any warranties or guarantees will be stated in writing, if applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on grasscraftpro.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Grass Craft Pro and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
