Refund Policy
At Grass Craft Pro, we take pride in delivering high-quality lawn care and landscaping services to our residential and commercial clients. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to meet or exceed expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, we have outlined our refund policy below.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a re-service at no additional cost. However in some cases an additional cost will be incurred.
Additional cost may be incurred for a re-service when:

- Client-Requested Modifications – If the issue is due to a change in preference rather than a service quality issue (e.g., requesting a different type of mulch after installation).
- Damage Caused by Third Parties – If the lawn or landscape was altered by someone else (e.g., another contractor, pets, or external damage) after the initial service.
- Extreme Overgrowth or Unforeseen Conditions – If the property requires additional labor beyond the original service scope (e.g., hidden tree roots, excessive weeds, or debris that wasn’t previously discussed).
- Additional Materials Required – If correcting the issue requires additional materials or specialized treatments that weren’t included in the original service quote.
- Re-Service Outside the 48-Hour Window – If the customer requests changes after the 48-hour complaint period has passed, requiring an entirely new visit.

Our guarantee applies to services that have not met the agreed-upon standards as outlined in our service agreement or contract.
Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to correct the issue through a re-service or other reasonable resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Partial refunds may be offered in cases where only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory.

No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed as agreed upon and meet our quality standards.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In cases of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule services for safety reasons. We will notify customers as soon as possible to arrange a new service date.
Non-Refundable Services

Any design or consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Seasonal contracts or prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be adjusted or credited toward future services at our discretion.
